Belaire of Mission Pacific Homeowners Association is comprised of 144 duplex homes in San Diego.
Elections are held annually with each Director serving a two year term.
Board of Directors Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every other month (even months) starting at 6:00 p.m. Please contact 360 Community Management for the location of the next meeting.
Homeowners who have issues or concerns they would like to bring before the Board may do so during Homeowner Open Forum which is held at 6:00 pm.
Homeowners who have issues or concerns they would like to bring before the Board must contact 360 Community Management prior to the meeting, to have their concerns added to the meeting agenda.
Routine maintenance issues can be reported to 360 Community Management at any time, and do not need to wait for a meeting.
